Anne Phung Nguyen

Hello, my name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in the beautiful Orange County California with my amazing husband JP and happy go lucky Dad Henry. Most people know me through my Instagram @annephung where I record my personal life: the highs, the lows and everything inbetween. I moved to America with my brother and parents in 1990 when I was one and a half years older. I wouldn't be now sharing my story for you were it not because my parents are devoted to determination and dedication. With the opportunity to have an improved life, I wanted to do the best I could to please them, and was focused on achieving my goals. I thought my life would be a certain way: graduate from university, be offered an executive position, get married and start an family. My goal was to attend college to graduate, then get an employment in a corporation. After that, I'd marry to buy a home and have kids. However, life was not so sure. In 2013, I found that I hated working in my job as a corporate employee. Status and money did not excite me. I felt like I was just wasting my time in exchange for money. In 2013, I discovered my love was exercising. I also liked getting out and about to help others. In the process of pursuing the new direction of my life, I started to find personal training. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating my 7th year of business success this year, 2021. It's not common to see an Asian female in the business. To lead in my industry and to offer quality coaching, to help others live an improved and happier life by establishing a life that is tailored to meet their needs and targets. Additionally, I'm committed to supporting others so that they can reach their goals, pursue their interests and lead your life to the fullest. When I began my professional career, the death of my mother was the biggest hit to my personal life. Her eight-year battle with Scleroderma is over and she rests in Heaven. She will always be on my mind and in my heart. brain. Life really does have the capacity to give us the exact thing we require even when we're unable to see the lesson at this moment. The unexpected death that shaped me forever. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to live my life. Her death in the year of Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin an entirely new chapter. To me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. In my 30's, I feel more alive than I ever have. I am able to say that I live my life today rather than just existing just like I did before. When I tell the story of my journey, it's to ensure that other people will be able to understand my experiences and thoughts. It is to know that they're not on their own. And that there is true love. Therapy is necessary and not unusual. Finally that health is your biggest wealth. Only one life is yours. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
